Artlogic
Artlogic was a different company before 2022. Galleries who signed up when the founders were still answering support tickets got a level of attention that no longer exists. Now you get pointed at the help site. If you came over from exhibit-E, galleryManager, or ArtBase, you didn't choose any of this. Meanwhile the system underneath is genuinely good and genuinely difficult, and the gap between what it can do and what your gallery actually gets out of it is entirely a question of whether someone has the time to sit with it.
What that looks like in practice: most of the fields sit blank because nobody could face filling in a hundred of them, the marketing tools go unused because they live under a menu nobody found, and whatever conventions the gallery settled on live in the head of the person who set it up, who may not work here anymore. The website has not been touched since launch, because touching it means learning the CMS. None of this is visible day to day. It surfaces when you try to pull a list of everyone who has bought a particular artist, or when a new hire asks where consignments go, or when you sit down with the invoice and count how much of what you are paying for you actually use.

One-time, or ongoing
Some galleries need the system fixed once and then want to be left alone with it. Others would rather never think about it again. Both are fine. We do audits and migrations as fixed-scope projects, and we run instances month to month for galleries who would rather have someone else own it.
Either way, before we touch anything we take a full export of your database and put it in storage your gallery owns and we manage on your behalf. Website changes are built unpublished and reviewed with you first. Structural changes to the database get agreed in writing before they happen, so nothing changes that you did not ask for. You will always know what changed and when, and if you ever stop working with us, the data stays with you.
